I ordered my Breakfast at 11:15 and I complain to them after 25 mints that their assigned rider is not picking up call from restaurant they started saying about following up etc etc after an hour they understood yes customer was right rider really not picking up and after that they assigned new rider and when failed to track that rider thet cancelled my order after two hours and i again ordered as i got frustrated they again not answering my complain ..
I wonder why can’t they stop their services if their customer services are soo pathetic and i want to complain in government as well so they come to know in this first world country UAE Zomato is treating worse more thn 3rd world country to the residence of UAE.
it has happened so many times to me , when rider comes to deliver they proudly replies they are on commission not on salary so they don’t even bother for any call from any-side waoo means i have no words how badly this company is treating to its consumer and wasting their time as well.

We’d order 2 items and among that 1 item only was delivered. On asking for 2nd item by call to the delivery guy blaim to restaurant and while asking with restaurant they blaim back to delivery guy. But nobody wants to take responsibilty of delivering the missing item.
Even Zomato(02 6713728) cutomer service was not receiving call.
Isn’t it a hight of irresponcible customer service provided???
