    Every time when I try to book a vehicle facing problem and not serving the purpose. Today faced the worst. The vehicle would not get unlocked, with message saying that I am not near the vehicle although I am sitting right upon it and my mobile exposed towards it. Earlier I took a couple of rides with great difficulty. Once I was charged for the ride which I did not take and the refund process too long and not refunded yet.
